• There is a mutual agreement between you and ItsMePankaj regarding the refund due to project feasibility issues.

Note: Refunds are not applicable once the service has been delivered, or a significant portion of the work has been completed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Completed web development, app development, or software development projects.
• Educational services such as training sessions or courses that have already been conducted or accessed.
• Custom solutions where work has already been initiated or delivered.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed under the following terms:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet started.
• If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before the work has started, a processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Once the work has started or resources have been allocated, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.

5. Exceptions

No refunds or cancellations are allowed for the following:

• Delays caused by third-party service providers or factors beyond our control.
• Client's failure to provide required inputs, materials, or approvals.
